Risk Assessment
The risk assessment is one of the most important and vital documents of any pre-production process whether it be a low budget short film or multi-billion dollar Hollywood blockbuster. It highlights who is at risk, any property at risk of damage, how to control the risk and prevent any harm to anyone on set (this includes cast and crew) and the level of the risk. If a risk assessment document is not completed and someone is injured on set, they may be able to sue the company/director consequently losing money and possibly slowing down production.
